The Host
My name is Rita, I live in Menorca and I am eager to share the beauty of this island with you. I speak Spanish, English and Italian.
The Room
Double room, bed 160×190, with private bathroom. Including: air conditioning, smart TV, WiFi, closet with hangers, blackout curtains, bed linens and sheets. Soundproof door.
In the bathroom: hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper
Daily cleaning.
The Facilities
The full and healthy continental breakfast will be served in the porch.
Free access to the swimming pool in the big communal garden.
Free access to the porch and the private garden.
Free parking on the street in front of the house.
Luggage deposit.
The use of the kitchen is NOT ALLOWED.
Surroundings
Plenty of beautiful walks by the seaside to the famous Artrutx lighthouse, and its wonderful sunset view.
Calan Bosch small harbour (15 min walking) with access to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket, evening market, Spa Center, boats and kayaks rental, other facilities.
Calan Bosch and Son Xoriguer beaches with sunbed service and restaurant.
Bus stop at just 200m to the port of Calan Bosch and to the beaches. Bus to Ciutadella with connections to the airport. Airport distance: 50 km, 45 min by car
Terms and Conditions
Room for 2 adults only. Kids not allowed.
Min. stay 1 night
Check in: 14.00 (2PM). Check out: 11.00 (11 AM)
Quiet hours: 23.00-08.00 (11PM-8AM)
Smoking permitted in the porch and the garden.
Use of the kitchen not allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation by the client one month before the booked date, the 100% of the amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation by the client between one month and 15 days before the booked date, the 50% of the amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation by the client 14 days or less before the booked date, the amount will not be refunded.

Booking is easy!
1) Go to the calendar and click on the arrival and departure dates of your booking. The color will change from green to yellow.
2) Fill all the fields.
3) Then click “Book now!”
The dates will be locked for you.
4) Pay with Credit Card or through Paypal.
Once the payment is complete you will receive a confirmation email with address and contacts for your coming.
